A lmost all hi-end motorsport calipers are coming with titanium pistons, now you can upgrade your OEM calipers to the same level. We use specifically hardened titanium alloy for this application, surface hardness reaches 40.5 HRC, which has a very good effect on subsequent DLC coating. The temperature of the brake caliper is the most important indicator for the brake system of a race car, titanium alloy provides very low level of thermal conductivity, grooved piston/pad contact zone to reduce the area through which heat penetrates into the caliper.

The most complex design option is available for Brembo Sti Gold and Black calipers: we have developed a very laborious geometry of the piston wall from the inside to minimize its weight.
