Direct replacement for original bolts and studs. These fasteners are made from a rare titanium alloy specially developed for this application where heat resistance is critical. Studs and bolts have rolled threads, which is also an indisputable advantage: thread rolling machine "squeeze" the thread with enormous pressure on the workpiece, the thread formed by pressure has a compacted structure on the entire thread profile, unlike conventional threads, which are formed by cutting the workpiece. The thread after rolling is much stronger and can withstand a greater number of tightening and loosening cycles. It is also more resistant to temperature changes.
