We produce racing style brake caliper stud kits for Porsche 911 (996, 997, 991, 992 generations) and Porsche Cayman 718. This item is intended to replace the original caliper bolts for racing applications and protect the upright threads that can be damaged during regular caliper removal and installation procedures. In addition, this fixing method is popular in motor sports because of the ease of use when installing and removing the caliper. The set of studs will simplify tightening of a caliper with a nut by redistributing the tightening force due to the use of a finer thread pitch on the nut side.

When manufacturing the studs, we use a hardened titanium alloy and make thread rolling after all heat treatment processes. This is the most sophisticated and at the same time the best technique to manufacture a titanium stud. Titanium nuts, which are also made of a hardened titanium alloy, feature a special thread coating for additional protection against galling issues.

Each set consists of four studs and four nuts, making it suitable for a pair of calipers, either front or rear.
